Masala Corn Recipe is very easy and quick to prepare. I love eating Corn especially in winters and monsoon. It has a whole lot of health benefits and it can be a great evening snack. Corn helps improves eye vision, consists of Vitamin A and other antioxidants. Here I have added a Tadka (Indian seasoning) which adds to the nutrient content along with making it tastier for you. Indian tadka has therapeutic and medicinal properties as observed by one of India’s top nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar

This is my go-to snack when I am heading home from office and need a short meal to satisfy my hunger pangs. This snack is also a tasty and healthy alternative for children who otherwise eat a lot of fast food. In this video I have tried to show a very simple yet healthy method of cooking this recipe.
