Corn helps improves eye vision, consists of Vitamin A and other antioxidants. Here I have added a Tadka (Indian seasoning) which adds to the nutrient content along with making it tastier for you. This is my go-to snack when I am heading home from office and need a short meal to satisfy my hunger pangs. - Fresh Sweet Corn kernels = 1 Sweet Corn
- Oil = 1tbsp
- Crushed Garlic (in a mortar pastle) = 1-2 cloves
- Curry leaves = 3 to 4 leaves
- Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder = 1tsp
- Asafoetida = 1 pinch
- Coriander = Garnishing
